1. Policy Purpose

This Ecosystem Intellectual Property & Brand Integrity Policy forms part of the XGlobal digital economy ecosystem and establishes standards for the protection and authorized use of XGlobal intellectual property and digital assets.

The purpose of this policy is to protect the identity, technology, content, branding, systems, educational materials, and other intellectual property associated with XGlobal Holdings LLC and its ecosystem.

This policy applies to participants, affiliates, partners, publishers, developers, service providers, and other persons or entities who access or use XGlobal materials in connection with the ecosystem.

2. Ecosystem Ownership & Rights

Unless expressly stated otherwise, intellectual property made available through or associated with the XGlobal ecosystem remains the property of XGlobal Holdings LLC or its respective licensors.

  • XGlobal trademarks, trade names, logos, service marks, designs, and brand elements are protected intellectual property.
  • XGlobal software, systems, interfaces, technology, source materials, documentation, and digital infrastructure are protected assets.
  • XGlobal educational content, training materials, written materials, graphics, videos, and other published content may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • Participation in the ecosystem does not transfer ownership of XGlobal intellectual property to any participant, affiliate, or partner.
  • Any permission to use XGlobal intellectual property is limited to the authorization expressly granted by XGlobal.

3. Authorized Use Within the Ecosystem

Participants and affiliates may use approved XGlobal intellectual property only for legitimate ecosystem participation and promotional activities authorized by XGlobal.

  • Only officially supplied logos, graphics, promotional materials, links, and brand assets should be used where official materials are provided.
  • XGlobal branding must be presented accurately and must not create a false impression of ownership, employment, agency, or corporate authority.
  • Promotional materials must remain consistent with applicable XGlobal communication and brand guidelines.
  • Participants must not modify official trademarks, logos, or protected materials in a manner that changes their meaning or creates brand confusion.
  • Any use outside the scope of ordinary authorized participation may require prior written approval from XGlobal.

4. Restricted & Prohibited Use

The following activities are prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by XGlobal:

  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, publication, distribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of XGlobal intellectual property.
  • Unauthorized registration or use of domain names, social media accounts, business names, or other identifiers that may create confusion with XGlobal.
  • Impersonating XGlobal or falsely representing an individual, website, organization, or service as officially operated or endorsed by XGlobal.
  • Altering, distorting, or modifying XGlobal logos, trademarks, or official brand assets without authorization.
  • Using XGlobal intellectual property in connection with deceptive, unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, spam, phishing, or misleading activities.
  • Creating websites, advertisements, documents, or promotional materials that falsely suggest a corporate relationship, endorsement, partnership, employment relationship, or authorization.

5. Reporting Intellectual Property Violations

Suspected unauthorized use, infringement, impersonation, or misuse of XGlobal intellectual property may be reported through official XGlobal support or legal channels.

Protecting Ecosystem Integrity

Reports should contain sufficient information to identify the suspected infringement or unauthorized use. Where available, supporting information such as URLs, screenshots, copies of materials, or other relevant evidence may be provided.

XGlobal may review reported activity and take appropriate corrective, administrative, or legal action.

Submission of a report does not guarantee that enforcement action will be taken. XGlobal may determine the appropriate response based on the circumstances and applicable law.

6. Enforcement & Protection Measures

XGlobal may take appropriate measures to protect its intellectual property, brand identity, technology, digital assets, and ecosystem integrity.

  • Requests to correct, modify, or remove unauthorized materials.
  • Restriction, suspension, or termination of ecosystem participation or access.
  • Revocation of authorization to use XGlobal intellectual property.
  • Adjustment, withholding, or reversal of rewards or commissions where permitted by applicable agreements and law.
  • Referral of serious matters to appropriate professional advisers, authorities, platforms, service providers, or legal representatives.
  • Legal action where XGlobal determines that enforcement is appropriate and available under applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to XGlobal under applicable intellectual property, contract, unfair competition, or other applicable laws.

7. Policy Evolution

XGlobal is a continuously evolving digital economy ecosystem. Intellectual property, technology, branding, digital services, and participation structures may change over time.

XGlobal may update this policy to reflect changes in applicable law, technology, branding, ecosystem structures, or intellectual property protection requirements.

Continued participation in the XGlobal ecosystem constitutes acceptance of applicable updates to this policy, subject to any rights or requirements provided by applicable law.
