  • No deceptive offers, fake promotions, or misleading claims.
  • No fabricated testimonials, reviews, or false performance representations.
  • No promotion of restricted industries, including gambling, drugs, or weapons, unless explicitly approved in writing.

4.1 Prohibited Traffic Practices

  • Bot traffic, click farms, automated engagement systems, or artificial manipulation.
  • Cookie stuffing, unauthorized tracking, or attribution manipulation.
  • Spam-based outreach via email, SMS, or social messaging platforms.
  • Malicious redirects, phishing pages, or deceptive landing structures.
  • Pop-up abuse or forced redirects designed to mislead users.
  • Keyword bidding on XGlobal or related brand terms without written approval.

4.2 Restricted Traffic Conditions

  • Incentivized traffic must comply with all applicable laws and platform rules.
  • Any paid advertising must follow pre-approved guidelines.

  • Automated and manual audits may be conducted to protect ecosystem integrity.

  • Violations may result in:
    • Immediate suspension or permanent removal from the Program
    • Forfeiture or reversal of commissions linked to non-compliant activity
    • Legal action where necessary under applicable jurisdictions
  • Affiliates are responsible for ensuring all traffic and content complies with this Policy.
