Policy Purpose
This Commissions & Reward Distribution Policy defines how participants within the XGlobal Digital Economy Ecosystem™ may earn, calculate, qualify for, and receive performance-based commissions, rewards, and other eligible participation-based distributions.
The Policy is designed to establish a transparent, consistent, and structured framework for participation-driven earning pathways while protecting the integrity of the XGlobal ecosystem.
Rewards and commissions are subject to verification, applicable eligibility requirements, ecosystem rules, and the applicable distribution framework in effect at the time of qualification.
Reward Eligibility
Participation-based rewards are available only where the participant satisfies the applicable eligibility requirements and the underlying activity has been properly recorded and verified by the XGlobal ecosystem.
- Rewards are earned only from verified and approved ecosystem activity linked to qualifying participant referrals, engagement, campaigns, or other eligible participation pathways.
- Participants must comply with applicable ecosystem integrity, fraud prevention, participation, and platform policies.
- Eligibility may require a fully verified account and valid payout information.
- Self-referrals, circular activity, artificial network creation, or artificially generated engagement do not qualify for rewards.
- Activity that is cancelled, reversed, invalidated, fraudulent, or otherwise disqualified may not qualify for reward distribution.
The appearance of a reward, commission, or balance within an account does not necessarily constitute final approval. Rewards may remain provisional until verification and all applicable eligibility requirements have been satisfied.
Reward Calculation Framework
XGlobal calculates eligible rewards according to the participation metrics, campaign rules, qualification requirements, attribution data, and distribution structures applicable to the relevant earning pathway.
- Rewards are calculated using predefined participation metrics and ecosystem performance rules.
- Tiered, performance-based, referral-based, or multi-level reward structures may apply depending on the applicable participation pathway.
- Only validated and non-reversed activity contributes to final reward calculations.
- Tracking and attribution data may be used to determine qualifying participation and referral activity.
- Rewards remain provisional until the relevant verification, reconciliation, and eligibility processes have been completed.
Reward calculations may vary by program, campaign, participation pathway, geographic market, partner arrangement, or other applicable ecosystem rules.
Payout Structure & Distribution Cycle
Approved rewards are distributed according to the applicable payout schedule, minimum threshold, payment method requirements, and verification procedures established by XGlobal.
- Reward distributions are processed on a scheduled cycle, typically monthly on the 25th, subject to applicable processing requirements.
- A minimum payout threshold may apply before a participant becomes eligible to receive a distribution.
- Approved payout methods may include bank transfer, digital wallets, or other supported payment systems.
- Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate and current payment information.
- Payments are processed in USD unless another currency or payment arrangement is expressly specified for the applicable program.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, financial institution, verification requirements, and applicable jurisdiction.
A scheduled distribution date does not guarantee that every participant will receive payment on that date. Verification, reconciliation, banking, compliance, or payment-processing requirements may affect the actual release date.
Adjustments, Reviews & Withholding
XGlobal may review, reconcile, adjust, suspend, or reverse rewards where necessary to maintain accurate accounting and ecosystem integrity.
- Rewards may be adjusted following refunds, cancellations, reversals, chargebacks, or other changes affecting qualifying activity.
- Rewards associated with invalid, fraudulent, duplicated, or non-compliant activity may be withheld or reversed.
- System errors, calculation errors, or attribution errors may be corrected.
- Additional identity, account, tax, payment, or compliance verification may be required before pending rewards are released.
- Payments may be delayed where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected abuse, fraud, manipulation, or other policy violations.
System Integrity & Fraud Prevention
XGlobal is committed to maintaining a fair, reliable, and verifiable participation environment. Attempts to manipulate tracking, referrals, engagement, attribution, or reward systems are prohibited.
- Fake engagement, fabricated traffic, automated activity, or manipulated participation is prohibited.
- Self-referrals and artificial network creation are not eligible for rewards.
- Use of bots, scripts, fraudulent accounts, deceptive traffic sources, or other mechanisms intended to manipulate rewards is prohibited.
- Abuse or manipulation of tracking and attribution systems may result in reward forfeiture and account restrictions.
- XGlobal may investigate suspicious activity using account records, referral information, tracking data, transaction records, system logs, and other relevant information.
Where prohibited activity is identified, XGlobal may take corrective action consistent with applicable law and the governing ecosystem agreements, including withholding or reversing rewards and restricting participation access.
Taxation, Reporting & Currency Handling
Participants are responsible for understanding and satisfying the tax and financial reporting obligations applicable to rewards, commissions, and other payments they receive through the XGlobal ecosystem.
- Participants are responsible for all applicable tax obligations arising from ecosystem rewards and commissions.
- International participants must comply with applicable local tax, financial, currency, and reporting regulations.
- XGlobal may issue tax or payment reporting documentation where required by applicable law.
- Currency conversion fees, banking charges, intermediary fees, or payment-processing costs may be the responsibility of the participant.
- Participants must ensure compliance with applicable advertising, marketing, affiliate disclosure, and consumer-protection laws in their jurisdiction.
XGlobal does not provide individual tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice. Participants should obtain qualified professional advice where necessary.
Dispute Resolution Process
Reward-related disputes should be submitted through official XGlobal support channels within 60 days of the relevant transaction, reward calculation, or payment event.
To facilitate an accurate review, participants should provide sufficient information to identify the relevant account, transaction, referral, reward, or payment in question.
Cases may be reviewed using available ecosystem data, participation records, attribution records, transaction information, and relevant system logs.
Final determinations regarding reward eligibility, attribution, adjustments, or distribution are made in accordance with the applicable XGlobal ecosystem governance framework and governing agreements.
Ecosystem Updates
XGlobal operates a continuously evolving digital economy system. This Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in reward structures, commission models, participation pathways, compliance requirements, payment systems, or technology.
Where appropriate, XGlobal may provide notice of material changes through its websites, dashboards, communications, or other appropriate channels.
Continued participation following the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes acknowledgement of the updated Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
