SECTION 01

Introduction

This Brand Bidding & Paid Advertising Policy establishes the rules governing paid marketing activities conducted in connection with the XGlobal Affiliate Program and digital economy participation framework ("Program").

The Policy is designed to protect the XGlobal brand, trademarks, domains, reputation, advertising relationships, participants, and customers while ensuring that paid promotional activities are conducted lawfully, transparently, and responsibly.

The requirements of this Policy apply in addition to the XGlobal Affiliate Program Terms, Marketing & Digital Economy Participation Guidelines, Privacy & Data Protection Policy, and any other applicable Program rules.

SECTION 02

Scope & Application

This Policy applies to all affiliates, sub-affiliates, participants, publishers, marketers, and other persons authorized to promote XGlobal or participate in the Program.

01 · SEARCH ADVERTISING

Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other paid search platforms or comparable advertising systems.

02 · SOCIAL ADVERTISING

Paid advertising through social media and content platforms, subject to each platform's advertising policies.

03 · DISPLAY & NATIVE

Display networks, native advertising, sponsored placements, and programmatic campaigns.

04 · RETARGETING

Retargeting, remarketing, conversion campaigns, and similar paid audience technologies where legally permitted.

05 · AFFILIATE TRAFFIC

Any paid traffic purchased for the purpose of generating XGlobal referrals, registrations, participation, or other attributable activity.

SECTION 03

Brand Bidding Rules

Affiliates are not permitted to bid on XGlobal branded keywords, trademarks, protected brand phrases, or confusingly similar terms in paid advertising campaigns without prior written authorization from XGlobal Holdings LLC.

  • Affiliates may not bid on XGlobal trademarks, brand names, registered or unregistered brand terms, or confusing variations without written authorization.
  • Affiliates may not purchase search keywords designed to intercept, divert, confuse, or compete directly with searches for XGlobal.
  • Affiliates may not use misspellings, abbreviations, domain variations, or other intentionally confusing versions of XGlobal brand terms for paid advertising.
  • Affiliates may not create advertisements that imply that they are XGlobal, an official XGlobal office, employee, representative, or exclusive agent.
  • Any exception to these restrictions requires prior written approval from XGlobal.

SECTION 04

Restricted Keywords & Brand Terms

XGlobal may maintain restricted, protected, or prohibited keyword lists for paid advertising. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing applicable Program instructions and complying with updated restrictions.

  • XGlobal company names and brand names.
  • XGlobal trademarks, service marks, logos, and protected brand expressions.
  • XGlobal domains, subdomains, URLs, and confusingly similar domain variations.
  • Misspellings or deliberate keyword variations intended to capture XGlobal-related searches.
  • Keywords that falsely suggest official XGlobal support, employment, ownership, representation, or authorization.

The purpose of these restrictions is to prevent misleading advertising, protect brand integrity, reduce consumer confusion, and preserve fair participation throughout the XGlobal ecosystem.

SECTION 05

Paid Advertising Standards

All paid advertisements connected to XGlobal must be truthful, accurate, transparent, and consistent with applicable laws, advertising standards, and the rules of the advertising platform being used.

  • Advertisements must accurately describe the promoted opportunity, service, activity, or participation pathway.
  • No misleading, exaggerated, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims are permitted.
  • Affiliates may not make guaranteed income, guaranteed return, or financial certainty claims.
  • Advertisements may not create false urgency, artificial scarcity, or deceptive expectations.
  • Advertisers must comply with applicable consumer protection, privacy, advertising, and marketing requirements.
  • All campaigns must comply with the applicable advertising platform's policies.
  • Affiliates are responsible for the content and targeting of campaigns they independently create or operate.

SECTION 06

Ad Copy & Landing Page Requirements

Paid advertising must provide a consistent and transparent user experience from the advertisement through to the destination or landing page.

The message presented in an advertisement must not materially misrepresent the content, purpose, ownership, availability, or nature of the destination page.

  • Landing pages must accurately correspond with the claims and offers presented in the advertisement.
  • Affiliates may not use deceptive redirects, cloaking, hidden destinations, or misleading URLs.
  • Landing pages must not impersonate XGlobal or create the appearance of being an official XGlobal corporate website unless expressly authorized.
  • Required affiliate, advertising, sponsorship, or promotional disclosures must be clearly presented where applicable.
  • Landing pages must comply with applicable privacy, cookie, consumer protection, and advertising laws.
  • Advertising content must not contain unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, fraudulent, or prohibited material.

SECTION 07

Tracking, Attribution & Traffic Integrity

XGlobal relies on accurate attribution and reliable traffic information to administer participation, referrals, campaigns, commissions, and related ecosystem activity.

  • Affiliates must use approved tracking and attribution mechanisms where required.
  • Manipulation of referral links, tracking parameters, cookies, conversion records, or attribution systems is strictly prohibited.
  • The use of bots, automated clicks, click farms, fake traffic, traffic manipulation, or click fraud is prohibited.
  • Affiliates must not generate artificial impressions, clicks, registrations, leads, conversions, or other attributable activity.
  • Tracking technologies must be used in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Traffic or conversion activity that appears artificial, manipulated, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with legitimate participation may be investigated and may result in attribution or commission adjustments.

SECTION 08 · ENFORCEMENT

Monitoring, Enforcement & Consequences

XGlobal reserves the right to monitor, review, audit, investigate, restrict, or suspend paid advertising activity associated with the Program where reasonably necessary to protect the Company, its brand, participants, customers, advertising relationships, or ecosystem integrity.

  • Affiliates may be required to provide campaign details, advertising accounts, keyword lists, ad creatives, targeting information, landing pages, and performance data.
  • Non-compliant campaigns may be paused, rejected, removed, or required to be modified.
  • Violations may result in warnings, advertising restrictions, suspension, termination, or other Program enforcement measures.
  • Unpaid commissions or other amounts may be withheld or forfeited where permitted by the applicable Program terms and applicable law.
  • Serious violations, including fraud, deliberate brand impersonation, malicious traffic generation, or repeated unauthorized brand bidding, may be referred for further legal or regulatory action where appropriate.
  • XGlobal may update restricted keyword lists, advertising requirements, and approval procedures as necessary to protect the Program and comply with applicable laws and platform requirements.

Participation in the XGlobal Program does not create a right to conduct unrestricted paid advertising. Affiliates remain responsible for obtaining any required approval before launching campaigns that involve restricted XGlobal brand terms or other controlled advertising activity.
