The Policy is designed to protect the XGlobal brand, trademarks, domains, reputation, advertising relationships, participants, and customers while ensuring that paid promotional activities are conducted lawfully, transparently, and responsibly.
The requirements of this Policy apply in addition to the XGlobal Affiliate Program Terms, Marketing & Digital Economy Participation Guidelines, Privacy & Data Protection Policy, and any other applicable Program rules.
This Policy applies to all affiliates, sub-affiliates, participants, publishers, marketers, and other persons authorized to promote XGlobal or participate in the Program.

Affiliates are not permitted to bid on XGlobal branded keywords, trademarks, protected brand phrases, or confusingly similar terms in paid advertising campaigns without prior written authorization from XGlobal Holdings LLC.
XGlobal may maintain restricted, protected, or prohibited keyword lists for paid advertising. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing applicable Program instructions and complying with updated restrictions.
The purpose of these restrictions is to prevent misleading advertising, protect brand integrity, reduce consumer confusion, and preserve fair participation throughout the XGlobal ecosystem.
All paid advertisements connected to XGlobal must be truthful, accurate, transparent, and consistent with applicable laws, advertising standards, and the rules of the advertising platform being used.
Paid advertising must provide a consistent and transparent user experience from the advertisement through to the destination or landing page.
The message presented in an advertisement must not materially misrepresent the content, purpose, ownership, availability, or nature of the destination page.
XGlobal relies on accurate attribution and reliable traffic information to administer participation, referrals, campaigns, commissions, and related ecosystem activity.
Traffic or conversion activity that appears artificial, manipulated, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with legitimate participation may be investigated and may result in attribution or commission adjustments.
XGlobal reserves the right to monitor, review, audit, investigate, restrict, or suspend paid advertising activity associated with the Program where reasonably necessary to protect the Company, its brand, participants, customers, advertising relationships, or ecosystem integrity.
Participation in the XGlobal Program does not create a right to conduct unrestricted paid advertising. Affiliates remain responsible for obtaining any required approval before launching campaigns that involve restricted XGlobal brand terms or other controlled advertising activity.
