Responsible Marketing Standards

⚠️

Affiliates must describe the XGlobal ecosystem accurately and responsibly. Promotional material must not create a misleading impression about participation, potential benefits, earnings, costs, eligibility, risks, or expected outcomes. Individual results are not guaranteed and may vary based on circumstances, activity, eligibility, market conditions, and other factors.

  • No false, misleading, exaggerated, fabricated, or unsubstantiated claims about earnings, savings, benefits, performance, popularity, demand, or outcomes. Any material claim must be capable of being supported by appropriate evidence.
  • No spam, unlawful unsolicited communications, automated mass outreach, deceptive lead-generation practices, fake scarcity, fabricated testimonials, or materially misleading landing pages.
  • No content that is illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or violates platform rules.
  • No guarantees of income, profit, commissions, financial success, employment, business results, or any other specific outcome. Affiliates must not present participation as passive, risk-free, effortless, or certain.
  • No impersonation of XGlobal, its leadership, or other affiliates.

SECTION 05

Transparency & Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with XGlobal whenever they promote, recommend, review, or otherwise publish commercial content about the Program or associated ecosystem activities. The disclosure should be understandable to an ordinary reader and placed where it can reasonably be noticed before or when the promotional claim is acted upon.

  • Promotional content must include an appropriate affiliate or commercial relationship disclosure where required. Affiliates must follow applicable consumer-protection, advertising, privacy, and disclosure requirements, including relevant rules in the jurisdictions where their audience is located.
  • Disclosures must be clear, visible, and not hidden in small print or unrelated sections.
  • Each platform used must follow its own advertising disclosure and compliance rules.
  • Failure to provide required disclosures may result in corrective action, suspension, commission adjustments, or termination, subject to the applicable Program terms and review process.
